Celebrating 10 Years of Hello People Solutions

This year marks a major milestone for Hello People Solutions!

It's been 10 years of us supporting businesses with no-nonsense, pragmatic HR advice and People Management Solutions in 2025.

Back in 2015, our founder Amanda, who is a seasoned HR professional, set out with a clear mission: to offer straightforward, values added HR Management solutions to SMEs. Fast forward a decade, and Hello People Solutions has grown into a thriving team of six, delivering internal HR services to businesses across the East Midlands, London, Manchester, Leeds and beyond!

A Decade of Growth and Impact

Today, Hello People Solutions is made up of a dedicated team including Amanda, Gemma, Chelsea, Paula, Becky, and Jess who are all based at our Ilkeston office.

Whether it’s daily, weekly, monthly, or ad hoc support, our team is often out onsite with clients, helping them navigate everything from absence management, performance challenges, culture change, recruitment, payroll, contractual changes and much more! Gemma says that working at Hello People Solutions "is never a dull day!".
